Date Game Night
C and I had planned on having a date night tonight. Without any definitive plans made in advance, we ended up having a fruit fly killing contest. The first few minutes into the game, the score was
ME: 6
C: 2
But C quickly caught up. She tied with ME at 9 and then again at 14 and 16. But ME pulled ahead in the final round. At game’s end the score was
ME: 18
C: 17
This duo is clearly well-matched.

Comments:
The only negative side to having warm, beautiful weather during a San Francisco summer is that we always seem to get invaded by mass quantities of fruit flies. In fact, Crissa has suggested this fruit fly killing contest become a nightly ritual - this from the woman who will be the first to pick up the spider to set it outside.
